AI & Agents
Enterprise AI agents are governed workflows—not chat windows
The key to bringing AI into core work is designing permissions, evidence, human judgement and system actions as one controlled loop.
Enterprise AI creates value not through a single answer, but by completing work across knowledge, rules and systems. An agent should therefore be designed as a workflow rather than a standalone tool.
The design must define input sources, callable tools, human approval points, exception handling and audit evidence. Human confirmation remains essential for high-risk actions.
Starting with frequent, bounded and measurable scenarios—then validating quality and value through a POC—usually produces better results than broad experimentation.
